Located at the foot of Market Square, with seating and views that overlook the beach and ocean, Black Rock Steak & Grill Bar is managed by the Radisson Blu’s expert culinary team, who are dedicated to serving the freshest and finest in quality meats and seafood products, tastily grilled and prepared to perfection.

The restaurant’s menu offers such delights as an antipasto or carpaccio starter, and mains that include charcoal-grilled Angus and grassfed beef. There is venison, duck magret, pork belly, and even, kangaroo fillet. To accompany this lavish meal, you may choose from sides that include roast potatoes, baby beetroot, and a mixed salad.
