Centara Hotels & Resorts will manage the 85 bedroom 5 star boutique hotel and Spa at Azuri under the brand Centara Grand Azurin Resort & Spa, Mauritius.
Centara is an award winning Thai hotel group, with 10,000 hotel rooms across South East Asia, Indonesia, India, Africa and the Indian Ocean.
Centara will also manage a 300 m2 Spa facility and Health Club available to all the residents of the village.
In addition, the hotel will be utilised to provide full management facilities for any IRS residential property on site that will be entered into the “Rental Pool” and as such benefit from providing services to a far wider clientele.
